QUESTION:...DO ALL THE "CHILDREN" THAT God CREATES, ATTAIN INTELLECT ENOUGH TO BRING PROGRESS TO THEIR OWN EXISTENCE, HAS God ORIGINALLY DOES CREATE THEM TO ATTAIN?
