QUESTION:...IS THERE A DISTINCTION THAT EXIST BETWEEN Angels AND "FALLEN Angels "?

REPLY...YES!!!
After God's Creation of the Universe, He then Created a most special group of beings known as Angels to aid and assist Him and His Creation and Planned Workings throughout the Heavenly Universe.
Sadly certain of these Angels chose to rebel and commit folly to or within God's Creation and Planned Workings.
Of which the aggregate of the Angels became split into two main groups.
Group #1:
Those which *did* choose to continue to directly assist and side their total allegiance to God Himself,...continued to remained known as Angels.
Group #2:
Those which *do not* choose to continue directly assist and side their total allegiance to God Himself,...become known has "Fallen Angels".

Outside of seeing to the needs of God's Planned Workings, they have no interest in the personal or internal affairs upon any Planetary Society .

Which seek to cunningly and subtly blind or misdirect Planetary Individuals away from sighting either the Truth or reality of God Himself, His Godliness, or the actuality of and in His Heavenly Planned Workings,...through or within the introductions of "False-religions".
Corporeal Manipulations:
Which seek to cunningly and subtly blind or misdirect Planetary Individuals away from sighting either the Truth or reality of God Himself, His Godliness, or the actuality of and in His Heavenly Planned Workings,...through or within the introductions of "Humanistic-persuasions".
Methodical Manipulations:
Which seek to cunningly and subtly blind or misdirect Planetary Individuals away from sighting either the Truth or reality of God Himself, His Godliness, or the actuality of and in His Heavenly Planned Workings,...through or within the introductions of "Intellectual-erudition's".

QUESTION:...MIGHT not the Aliens OR Aliens SIGHTED IN OR FROM UFO CRAFT ACTUALLY BE Angels ?

Angels do not use and simply have no need for such means of travel.

Angels:

Almost never seek to attain, or have any private, much less open, or public dialogue with Planetary Communities.
*Do Never* seek, desire, or have in any way, shape, or form themselves to become looked upon: As being so powerful, that they are almost, or even your gods.
As being so wonderful, that they can ignore Individual Rights and even 'Human Rights' altogether, to at their own will,...Abduct Individuals against their own will, or wishes.
As being so grand, that they can ignore Individual Rights and even 'Human Rights' altogether, to at their own will,...perform unwilling experimentation on Individuals of this Planet against their own will, or wishes.
As being so full of age and wisdom that they can alter and experiment with Human DNA to the point of bettering and cloning Human genetics itself,...when they cannot even successfully subject themselves to such.
Or many of the other illogical views held by so many Individuals .
Then go right ahead and become duped and stupid enough to also become the slave which they want you to become.
In fact, Angels do very little to associate or draw any attention to themselves.
Even taking great precautions to divert most POSSIBLE means of attention.
