Only God Himself and the usage of His Godliness Has the know-how, ability, or Power to Truly supply and afford the things needed Individually, Communally, or otherwise:
***To Fully avoid the pitfalls of ruin, destruction, and eventual obliteration which sin does bring upon their being and existence.
***To Truly attain a Long-term (Eternal Life) existence upon their Planet.
***To Truly attain any Long-term (Eternal Life) existence in the Universe.

QUESTION:...HOW DOES THE PROGRESS THAT WAYWARD PLANETS DO ATTAIN RELATE TO God'S PLAN FOR THE UNIVERSE?
REPLY...God Himself Does Not allow any Ungodly endeavors from one Wayward Planetary Society to become spread, nor to affect other Planetary Society elsewhere in the Universe. Thus Wayward Wayward 'Children' or Communities Are stopped and disallowed by God from using their Intellectual abilities to gain deep degrees of Progress within the surroundings of the Universe. QUESTION:...WHY DOES God STOP AND DISALLOW THE INTELLECTUAL ABILITIES OF WAYWARD PLANETARY Individuals or Communities TO NOT GAIN DEEP DEGREES OF PROGRESS WITHIN THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE UNIVERSE
REPLY...To Fully protect His Planned Workings throughout the Universe.

QUESTION:...HOW FAR WILL God GO TO PROTECT HIS PLANNED WORKINGS THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE?
REPLY...God manifests Love for those who Love Him.
Yet He is also a God that manifests hate for those who hate Him.
Individuals , Communities, or Planetary Societies which show the same childish innocence, purity of heart and Love of gentleness in their lives that God has in His personal creativity,...then the same shall they receive.
If the opposite is true,...then the opposite shall be shown them.
Thus to Fully protect His Planned Workings throughout the Universe...God will act with the savage ferocity of a mother lioness, when protecting the young 'Children' of His Heavenly universe from any oncoming harm or injury which sin always brings.

QUESTION:...IS God SO CRUEL THAT HE WOULD A PLANET THAT HE DOES CONSIDER TO BE WAYWARD, FROM ATTAINING ENOUGH SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE ON THEIR OWN, TO BECOME ABLE TO PHYSICALLY EXPLORE THE UNIVERSE?
REPLY...It is Not a question of cruelty,…but the survival of all the things of a Planetary nature which God has made so much effort and taken so much time to Create in the Universe.

QUESTION:...HOW CAN God BE SO HEARTLESS OF EVEN THOSE PLANETS THAT HE DOES CONSIDER TO BE WAYWARD, FROM ATTAINING ENOUGH SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE ON THEIR OWN, TO BECOME ABLE TO PHYSICALLY EXPLORE THE UNIVERSE?
REPLY... It is Not a question of heartlessness, or anything but the survival of all the things of a Planetary nature which God has made so much effort and taken so much time to Create in the Universe.
So Trust in these following three realities and facts...
***It is a far easier thing for God to allow for but a part of that Creation which is dysfunctional through sin, to destroy itself with its own dysfunctional sin,…than to have that disease of sin's destruction and its precluding disasters become spread elsewhere throughout the Universe,…and put in jeopardy the survival of other Individuals , Communities, and Planetary Societies which God also takes much time to Create in the Universe.
***It is a far easier thing for God to allow for but a part of that Creation which is dysfunctional through sin, to destroy itself with its own dysfunctional sin,…and insure the survival of other Individuals , Communities, and Planetary Societies which God also takes much time to Create in the Universe.
***It is a far easier thing for God to Not help that part of His Creation which chooses to remain blindly dysfunctional in sin, than to help that part of His Creation which chooses to remain blindly dysfunctional in sin to survive,…and put in jeopardy the survival of other Individuals , Communities, and Planetary Societies which God also takes much time to Create in the Universe.
***It is a far easier thing for God to even out-and-out destroy but a part of that Creation which becomes overly dysfunctional through sin,…to insure the survival of other Individuals , Communities, and Planetary Societies which God also takes much time to Create in the Universe.

QUESTION:...IF A PLANET IS CONSIDERED TO BE WAYWARD BY God, YET HAS ATTAINED SOME DEGREE OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS, DOES THIS MEAN THAT IT IS NOT TOO WAYWARD?

Waywardness and the amount of Scientific, or Technological progress that a Wayward Planet has been allowed has no bearing here.
An Individual, Community, or Planetary Society Is either Wayward, or they Are Not.

The amount of Waywardness that exist upon the Planets themselves relates directly to the amount of understanding and rejection of God's 'Grace' (has Jesus Christ) that a Wayward Planet has itself.

REPLY...If a Planetary Individual cannot sight the Spiritual actuality of God Himself and His Godliness established physically upon their own Planet,...then neither can or will they be able to sight the Spiritual actuality of God Himself and His Godliness Spiritually or physically anywhere else in the Universe.

For the most part,...God Does Not have to take steps to stop any Planetary Society which is Wayward from attaining or gaining enough scientific knowledge on their own, to become able to physically explore the Universe.
For without God and His Godliness has a Fully accepted, acclimated, and affirmed reality and fact Fully established within and about their Planets,…the Individuals and Communities of Wayward Planetary Societies Cannot their own selves Fully gain, attain, or have enough of the necessary knowledge, or ability in of their own selves (without God and His Godliness) to explore the Universe beyond their own Solar System.

REPLY...Any Planetary Society which has allowed itself to choose sin and its Waywardness rather than God and His Godliness has their Supreme form of Individual and Communal adjuration:
***Have Not the knowledge, or ability in of their own selves (without God and His Godliness) to explore the Universe beyond their own Solar System.
***Can Not attain the knowledge, or ability in of their own selves (without God and His Godliness) to explore the Universe beyond their own Solar System.

Ungodly Individuals , Communities, or Planetary Societies:
***Do always over-exaggerate their own intelligent.
***Do often embellish a view their own existences as being of a thoughtful mind, when there is little Truth to such.
***Do honestly look to the openings of many new Scientific, or Technological doors of progress, yet do also feel it important to question, or totally dismiss the existence of God from their mind.
***Do allow immediate pleasures from Ungodly attitudes to fulfill the needs of those who seek after the advancements of themselves rather than God.
***Do endeavor upon understandings of any single existence such as God, as having such absolute and awesome magnitudes of Heavenly, much less Universal powers.
***Do seek to establish views, ideas, or thoughts that do Not accept the reality that God can creatively do anything.
***Do Not desire to accept the fact or reality that Only God can Truly establish, or bring forth 'Salvation' unto Eternal life.
***Do Not desire to believe or realize that God holds the ultimate key to the most vast awesomeness of powers.
***Do Not desire to believe, or accept the idea that with a child's total innocence and purity of heart, God Personally showed enough Love of gentleness to Create total worlds of vast and exquisite beauty (as was done upon this Planet).
***Do Not desire to accept, or realize that they can pursue and gain the control of their whole world within Ungodly endeavors,...but to do so elsewhere within the Universe is imPOSSIBLE.
***Do Not desire to accept, or realize that God does Not allow any Ungodly endeavors from even Planetary Society that have attained some degree of progress,...to become spread to affect other Planetary Societies elsewhere within the Universe.
