IF NOT, WHY?

God Only does put forth His 'Commandments' upon any Planetary Society which Does allow it Individuals and Communities to gravely fall-prey-to-sin.

Whenever God does begin His Planned Workings of bringing forth His most Personal 'Salvation' upon a Planetary Society that has does fallen-prey-to-sin:
-1st- God does first chose initiate His efforts within and through His Creation of a specifically 'Chosen' body of Individuals .
Individuals which God molds into His most special Community upon the Planet, known has His 'Chosen Peoples'.
The Hebrews (through 'Abram') were but this beginning endeavor within God's Planned Workings upon the Planet.
-2nd- In being from a Wayward Planetary Society, God does next put forth and established His 'Commandments' has a guideline and Edict to make His 'Chosen Children' most Fully aware of the reality of what constitutes the **failures** of and within sin.
QUESTION:...WHY WERE THE HEBREWS TO HAVE BECOME God'S INITIAL CREATION OF "CHOSEN CHILDREN" UPON THE PLANET?
REPLY...Any Plan, much less anything that is to become built with a goal in mind, has to have a beginning upon which to become established.
The Hebrews (through 'Abram') were but this beginning endeavor within God's Planned Workings upon the Planet.
QUESTION:...WHY DID God CHOOSE THE HEBREWS TO BECOME HIS INITIAL CREATION OF "CHOSEN CHILDREN" UPON THE PLANET?
REPLY...Because the Hebrews were the surviving 'Remnant' and offspring of 'Abram' (also known as 'Abraham') which God began and Chose to continue His Planned Workings through upon the Planet.
QUESTION:...DID God HAVE A REASON FOR CHOOSING TO CONTINUE HIS PLANNED WORKINGS THROUGH THE SURVIVING "REMNANT" AND OFFSPRING OF ABRAHAM UPON THIS PLANET?
IF SO, WHY?

Not only must any Plan, much less anything have to have a beginning upon which to become established, but for that Plan to continue upon any course that does allow it to become validated enough for a successful outcome, so too must that beginning have to constitute an exacted course of travel for it to establish enough momentum to validate itself through, or in for complete and Full success of that Plan.

If God had done so, and then too:
-1- Would God have had to dramatically alter the exacted course of travel for His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
-2- Would God have had to dramatically alter many of the undertaking which He had established within that exacted course of travel for His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
-3- Would God have had to dramatically alter the reason of and for that exacted course of travel within His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
-4- Would God have had to dramatically alter the direction to which His exacted course of travel was taking within His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
-5- Would God have had to dramatically alter the reality of and for His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
-6- Would God have had to take greater steps to dramatically alter the exacted course of travel for His Planned Workings upon the Planet to Fully become enacted, and survive.
-7- Would God have had to alter His Plan to come to the Planet has Jesus Christ to exacted the Giving of 'Salvation' unto Mankind within the Fulfillment of His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
Thus God did use the Hebrews who were the surviving 'Remnant' and offspring of Abraham, to constitute an exacted course of travel for His Planned Workings to establish enough momentum to validate itself through and in, for a complete and Full success of His Planned Workings upon the Planet.
And Did Not put forth or establish his 'Commandments' within any other body, or Community of Peoples upon the Planet.

QUESTION:...What IS God'S REASON FOR PUTTING FORTH AND ESTABLISHING HIS "COMMANDMENTS" UPON PLANETS WHICH DO GRAVELY FALL-PREY-TO-SIN?
REPLY...Any Planetary Society which Does allow it Individuals and Communities to gravely fall-prey-to-sin, do also prove themselves to be unable to develop enough Moral and Social sight and understanding to surround themselves with a Godly Mannerism.
Thus to Give such Planetary Societies Moral and Social sight and understanding to become more able to surround themselves with a Godly Mannerism,...God does undertake to put forth and establish His 'Commandments' upon them.
QUESTION:...What ARE SO SPECIAL ABOUT THE "COMMANDMENTS" THAT THEY DO GIVE PLANETS WHICH DO GRAVELY FALL-PREY-TO-SIN MORAL AND SOCIAL SIGHT AND UNDERSTANDING ENOUGH TO BECOME MORE ABLE TO SURROUND THEMSELVES WITH A Godly MANNERISM?
REPLY...The 'Commandments' are meant to become used has Moral and Social guidelines of Edict, to allow that Planets Individuals and Communities to become ultimately aware of the reality of sin, and what constitutes the **Failures** of and within sin.
QUESTION:...WHY DOES God WANT TO MAKE A PLANETS Individuals AND COMMUNITIES THAT HAS HAVE PROVEN THEMSELVES TO UNABLE TO DEVELOP ENOUGH MORAL AND SOCIAL SIGHT, UNDERSTANDING, ULTIMATELY AWARE OF THE REALITY IN WHAT CONSTITUTES SIN, AND THE FAILURES OF AND WITHIN SIN?
REPLY...Because in being unaware of the Moral and Social reality in what constitutes the **Failures** of and within sin:
-1- Those Wayward Planetary Societies do continue upon pathways of sin, that do but lead to their complete annulations.
-2- Those Wayward Planetary Societies do become unable to bring-forth, or produce True Godly Individual 'Children of Man' that can give aid and assistance to God in His Planned Workings elsewhere, or anywhere in the Universe.

QUESTION:...What IS SO IMPORTANT ABOUT BECOME ULTIMATELY AWARE OF THE REALITY OF SIN, AND WHAT CONSTITUTES THE FAILURES OF OR WITHIN SIN THROUGH THE "COMMANDMENTS"?
REPLY...The 'Commandments' are Given by God Himself to Set the Standards for 'Salvation' that Give Light unto Man's own continued disregard of sin and its Waywardness.
