The responsibility of implementation holds No Moral reality to relegate its calculating, disseminating, storing, analyzing, and application within any Moral development of intellect.
Thus Social responsibility and implementation outside of calculating, disseminating, storing, analyzing, and application does not distinguish Social reality.
Which without being able to Truly do so,...intellect itself eventually becomes a mute point left without the one thing which gave it developmental value,...Moral and Social Humanity.

Androids can be developed to closely resemble higher forms of Intellectual Life such as Man in what may seem to be very indistinguishable ways,...but Moral and Social Freedoms of choice become for Androids mute.
