QUESTION:...How WAS SATAN ever ABLE TO PERSUADE THE OTHER MEMBERS of Angels THAT HIS OWN GLORY, POWER, AND ABILITIES WERE ABOVE THOSE of God's?
REPLY...In God's leaving Satan the charge of overseeing to the many other facets concerning the lesser needs of/in Heaven while He was attending to the Creation of Living Life upon various Planetary Societies in the Universe:
The Angels themselves secured an immense amount of trust in the glory, power, and abilities which Satan had and used in overseeing to the many facets concerning the needs of/in Heaven.
All of which led Satan himself to secure an immense amount of trust in and from a great many of the Angels in Heaven.
Eventually and within a growing blindness, Satan began to believe that the extent of his Given glories, power and abilities were greater that they were in actuality.
Satan allowed this belief to blindly grow until he would finally even begin to seek and persuade other members of the Angels (then) to believe:
***That God's ways of doing things and bringing about successful outcomes within the Universe were antiquated, old-fashioned, or simply outmoded.
***That he (Satan) had ideas and new ways of doing things that could and would bring about more successful outcomes within the Universe.
***That God's Creativity of Wayward 'Children' :
(*):... Accomplished too little in general.
(*):...Held too little purpose.
(*):...Held too little usefulness.
(*):...Held too many liberalities.
(*):...Accomplished too little.
(*):...Took too much of the Angels time-up in assisting God's Creativity throughout the Universe.
(*):...Endangered the Angels and their own place in the Universe, as well as to wards God Himself.
And upon this blindness, Satan began to more actively seek to persuade other members of the Angels (then) to believe that his own glory, power, and abilities were above even those of God's Himself.

QUESTION:...DID SATAN USE HIS OWN KNOWLEDGE of God's POWER AS OPPOSED TO ALL THE OTHER FALLEN Angels AS A WEAPON?
IS SO, HOW?
REPLY...YES!
Satan used this to blind and persuade a certain of the numbers of Angels to believe:
That God's Power and Abilities was Not as vast as they thought or believed that they knew or understood.
That his own glory, power, and abilities were equal if not in some cases above even those of God's Himself.

QUESTION:...How WAS SATAN ABLE TO PERSUADE OTHER MEMBERS of THE Angels , THAT God's POWER AND ABILITIES WAS not AS VAST AS THEY THOUGHT OR BELIEVED THAT THEY KNEW OR UNDERSTOOD?
REPLY...Satan had one immense advantage in sighting the Full power and abilities of God Himself.
For far above all the other Angels in Heaven, not only were his Given Glories greater than any other Angel,...but most importantly he worked with God more personally than any other Angel in Heaven.
Sighting upon a most personal level, the Totality of everything God was and could ever do.
The other Angels in Heaven had Not the advantage of personally sighting upon a most personal level the Totality of everything God was and could ever do.
Upon which Satan used this to cunningly and subtlety blind and persuade certain of the numbers of Angels to believe that God Himself or even God's Power and Abilities were Not as vast as they thought or believed that they knew or understood.
